When a school or nursery outgrows its building, a modular classroom or nursery unit adds teaching space in weeks rather than months. The building is manufactured in our workshop while the base is prepared on site, so disruption to pupils is kept to a minimum.
Each building is designed around the age group and activity, with the right ceiling heights, natural light, toilets, cloakrooms and secure access.

Do we need planning permission?
Often yes for a permanent building, and sometimes for temporary ones. Our planning guide explains the factors, and we can advise on your site.
How long will it take?
Most of the work happens in our workshop, so the on-site installation is usually a matter of days. We will give you a realistic timescale with your quotation.
Can the building be moved later?
Yes. Our buildings are designed to be lifted and relocated, and we can move them for you.
